about emily
Sometimes the path we’re praised for isn’t the one we’re meant to keep walking.
I know what it’s like to build a life that looks perfect on paper — and still feel a quiet ache for something more. I’m here to help you return to the truth of who you are and build from there.
my mission
I guide ambitious, purpose-driven mothers back to themselves — not through strategy, but through embodiment, alignment, and deep self-trust.
My mission is to help you unravel the conditioning that says you must choose between success and motherhood, and reconnect with your intuition, your desires, and your unique energetic blueprint. Through intuitive coaching, Human Design, and embodied transformation, I support women in remembering their power, reclaiming their purpose, and creating lives that feel nourishing, expansive, and entirely their own.

Hi, I'm emily
Before I became a coach and guide, I was a biomedical engineer with a PhD, an award-winning researcher, and a mom quietly falling apart behind the scenes.
I had built a life that looked impressive from the outside — and yet, something was missing. After returning to work between my two boys, I found myself in constant survival mode. The success I had worked so hard for no longer felt like mine. I knew I was meant for more — not more to do, but more to feel, to live, to be.
That knowing became my turning point.
Today, I help other high-achieving, soul-led mothers navigate their own turning points — the moments when what once worked… no longer does. My work blends intuitive coaching, embodiment, and Human Design to guide women back to their truth — so they can create lives that feel purposeful, spacious, and fully alive.
My Journey and Beliefs
I’ve walked the path of misalignment — and found my way back to truth.
I believed success meant sacrifice. I followed the rules, earned the degrees, checked the boxes. But somewhere along the way, I become disconnected from myself. The success I had built came at the cost of my intuition, my joy, and my wellbeing.
Motherhood cracked me open.
It surfaced the questions I had long buried: What do I want? Who am I now? What am I here for? Returning to work, I found myself in a cycle of burnout and survival. I saw the cracks in the systems I once trusted — and realized the cost of my paycheque was my presence at home— and I wasn’t willing to pay it anymore.
I refused to choose between my career and my children.
I followed the quiet nudges, listened to my body, and began to walk a new path — not toward someone else’s definition of success, but toward a life that finally felt like mine.
As part of that journey, I became a Let Your Body Lead™ Certified Embodiment Coach — trained in a methodology that blends coaching, embodiment, ancient wisdom, and science to support deep, lasting transformation.
I chose to believe there was another way.
A way that honours the full spectrum of who we are. A way that lets our purpose expand in motherhood — not disappear into it. A way that leads us not toward someone else’s definition of success, but toward a life that actually fits, and fills us from the inside out.
This is the belief I live.
This is the work I do.
And this is what I’m here to help you remember.
How I Can Support You
When was the last time someone held space for all of you — your ambition, your tenderness, your exhaustion, your desire?
My work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about guiding you back to yourself — to the truth you’ve always known, but maybe stopped trusting.
Together, we’ll look beneath the roles and expectations to rediscover who you are now. We’ll listen to your body’s wisdom, reconnect with your desires, and begin to rebuild your life and career — not from the outside in, but from the inside out.
This is a partnership.
I’ll hold the mirror. You’ll hold the power.

What I Believe
You were never meant to choose between your purpose and your motherhood.
Success was never meant to cost you your wholeness.
You’re not asking for too much — you’re remembering what you’re here for.
Clarity doesn’t come from effort. It comes from coming home.
The truth lives in your body, quietly waiting to be heard.
Your desires are not indulgent — they are divine instructions.
You don’t need to be fixed — you need to be felt, seen, and trusted.
When a mother rises in her truth, her children rise with her.

This is your invitation
You’re not lost — you’re being called back home to yourself.
If the life you’ve built no longer fits, you don’t have to continue to force it. There’s another way — one that honours all of you.
