I followed the rules, checked the boxes, and built a successful career as a biomedical engineering researcher — complete with a PhD, international awards, and all the traditional markers of achievement.

After becoming a mother, everything shifted. The version of success I had worked so hard for no longer felt like mine.

I began to question everything — and that quiet unraveling led me to something far more powerful: the truth of who I really was.

Today, I support other high-achieving mothers in coming back home to themselves — not through rigid strategies, but through deep embodiment and alignment.

My work blends coaching, embodiment, and Human Design — grounded in the Let Your Body Lead™ method, a certified approach that brings together science, somatics, and soul. Because when you feel the truth in your body, you can’t unfeel it — and from that place, everything changes.
