An 8-week private mentorship for ambitious mothersYou built a good life. Now make it one you can actually enjoy.
For the woman who has the career, the family, the lifestyle, the stability, and the private knowing that the cost of keeping it all running has become too high.
Sovereign Success™ helps you stop treating that knowing like guilt, burnout or ingratitude, and begin building work, home, money and motherhood around what is actually true for you now.
There comes a moment, often in motherhood, when the life you’ve worked so hard to build no longer fits.
You’ve checked all the boxes, built an impressive and successful career, have the family you once dreamed of, and yet something within you whispers, “there has to be more”. You’ve outgrown the version of success you once chased, and now, you’re questioning it all.
It’s 3:30pm on a Tuesday.
The school bell just rang, you’re at your desk and you will not make pickup again. The house still smells like this morning. The breakfast dishes are there. The boss wants something. The meeting could have been an email. And in the back of your brain you are already running the calculation you run every single day at this exact hour: nothing is planned for dinner, there is more work after the kids are in bed, and when you finally do arrive at pickup you already know you will be only half there.
The half-thereness is the thing you never say because there is no clean way to explain it, and you have so much, and you know that.
So you don’t say it.
You say: this is just the cost. This is what affords us the vacation, the second property, the camps, the school.
You've said it so many times it stopped feeling like a choice.
It’s a direction problem you’ve been treating like a logistics problem.
And the gap between those two things is where your life is disappearing.
You’ve tried the routines, the productivity systems, the childcare calculations, the calendar blocks, the “it will get easier when they’re older” story.
But the question underneath all of it is not “How do I manage this life better?”
The real question is:
Is this still the life I want to be managing?
Ambitious motherhood was never meant to mean splitting yourself in two.
You were told, explicitly or silently, that the work of being a successful woman was learning how to divide yourself cleanly.
Be devoted at home, but don’t let motherhood make you less available to work.
Be ambitious at work, but don’t let ambition make you less emotionally available to your children.
Be financially responsible, but don’t want too much.
Be present, but also productive.
Be grateful, but also keep going.
At some point, the split starts to show up everywhere.
In your body, your patience, your marriage, your desire, your relationship with work, your ability to hear your own children when they speak.
You divide yourself into whichever version of your life is making the most demands that day.
Sovereign Success™ is where you stop building your life around that split.
Because a good life should not cost you your aliveness.
The better life is not smaller. It’s better arranged around the truth of who you are now.
You want agency, ambition and family life to move in the same direction.
You want to look at your life and say: I chose this. I am here on purpose. My work means something. My family gets the real me. My body is not the casualty of my ambition. My children are not being raised by the leftovers of my nervous system.
You want to stop dividing yourself into the woman who provides, the woman who mothers, the woman who wants, the woman who works, the woman who numbs, the woman who secretly dreams, and the woman who tells everyone she’s fine.
You want one life. One coherent life.
A life where your ambition, motherhood, body, marriage, standards and desire are no longer fighting for custody of you.
You don’t want to burn your life down. You want to finally live inside of it.
You have standards.
You like nice things. You want money. You want impact. You want a nice home, good skincare, quality clothes, coffee you actually taste, flowers on the counter, a strong body, a husband who feels like he is in it with you, work that matters, children who see you alive.
You want the fullness.
You’re not trying to escape ambition. You’re trying to stop being exiled from your own life by a version of ambition you inherited.
You’re ready to stop treating your aliveness as the negotiable part.
You want to make good money and still hear your child when they talk to you. You want to build meaningful work and still have a home that feels tended. You want to be ambitious and still have a body that feels safe to live in. You want to create impact without making your family survive the worst version of you.
You want to model womanhood as fullness, not depletion with a good salary.
“If I’m going to be away from my child all day, this has to mean something to me.”
After 10 years of higher education, including a PhD in Biomedical Engineering, and building my way to being recognized as an award-winning clinical researcher in my field, there came a moment when I realized none of it felt right anymore.
I was back to work for about 2 months, and one ordinary morning,
I dropped my 14-month old at daycare, he was screaming, caregivers were peeling him off my body.
I held back my tears just long enough to make it to the parking lot, cried in my car, walked into my office, opened my laptop, looked at the list of things that needed doing and thought:
If I’m going to be away from him all day, this has to mean something to me. And it doesn’t.
I spent that year in survival mode. Anxious, impatient, looking in the mirror and not recognizing the woman staring back. I was an awful version of myself. Honestly, I would not have wanted to spend time with me.
And then the system showed me exactly what I was worth. Eight weeks pregnant with my second son, they didn't know, the leadership position I had a signed agreement for was pulled without warning. I had turned down another offer for that one. Gone. Then, one month before I was due back from my second maternity leave, I checked in to confirm my return and was told the funding for my position had been cut. I was on mat leave. I thought I had a job to go back to. Gone again.
I sat with the question that became the spine of everything I have built since:
If a signed employment agreement is not security and stability, then what is?
I committed to answering the questions that motherhood had cracked open in me. I found nervous system work and understood, with the particular devastation of someone who had spent a decade studying women's bodies, that I had been missing the most important variable the entire time. The emotional weight women carry doesn't disappear because you ignore it. It goes somewhere. It went into the fight-freeze response I had been living inside and calling personal failure. It went into the autoimmune diseases running through every woman on my mother's side. I had been measuring mechanics. I had been missing everything.
I found somatic work and for the first time in years, maybe ever, someone asked me: where do you feel it in your body? And I closed my eyes and found it. And the answer that surfaced wasn't the one my brain had been rehearsing. It was something older and truer and it had been waiting.
I realized I had been making every decision from the neck up, consulting my fears instead of myself, and that there was an entirely different kind of knowing available to me that no productivity system had ever touched.
And then I found Human Design. And everything I had ever been ashamed of made sense. The vibrancy of my inner world that earned me the nickname “space cadet”, the way I instantly felt the energy of entire rooms, the way I shut down when I tried to operate like everyone else, the way I had spent years trying to be a generator in a system built for generators when I was never one. I learned I was a projector. That I wasn't here to grind and produce output. I was here to see, to guide, to be invited. That the thing I had been apologizing for my whole life was not a flaw. It was my design. And my design, when I finally stopped fighting it, was extraordinary.
My mind was blown. I thought:
Why am I only learning all this at the age of 35 with two small children?
I have to share it.
The system doesn’t work for mothers.
Not because mothers aren't capable enough, but because it was never built to hold both. It was not designed for a woman who is responsible for a small human's entire emotional world and a deliverable due Thursday. The anxiety, the impatience, the woman in the mirror you don't quite recognize: that is not your failure. That is your nervous system doing exactly what it is supposed to do when asked to carry too much for too long inside a frame that was never built for you.
You don’t need a better system. You need to stop letting it tell you who to be.
And motherhood, the thing that broke the frame, is not the obstacle. It is the portal. The moment your life got too big to stay inside the container you inherited, and something in you said: if I'm going to be away from my child all day, it has to mean something to me.
That is not ingratitude. That is the most clarifying question your life has ever asked you.
And the answer to that question is where Sovereign Success™ lives.
Your body is keeping score.
I know what it looks like when a woman ignores that long enough, because my mother's side is a whole family of women with autoimmune diseases, and I studied women's bodies for a decade at the micro-mechanical level and missed that the body eventually says what the mouth has learned not to.
Your marriage is keeping score too, not in the way that looks like a problem, just in the slow accumulation of two people sitting next to each other who have both stopped asking what the other one needs.
Your children are not only watching what you provide. They are watching who you permit yourself to become.
They are not watching your LinkedIn. They are watching the version of you that comes through the door at 5:30 and starts calculating dinner. They are learning right now what it looks like to be a woman. What it looks like to have desires. Whether those desires are worth claiming.
The thing that keeps you up, the real one, the one beneath the wine and the shopping cart and the justification, is not that you're failing. It's that you already know there is a better answer. When your child asks why you have to go to work, you don't want the answer to be because mom needs to make money. You want the answer to be because this fills me up. Because I am helping people. Because this is what I am here for. You want to mean it when you say it.
That wanting is the most honest thing in your body. And it has been trying to get your attention for a long time.
“I’ve never felt freedom like this.”
“Now, I know that I get to decide. I get to create my own path. And that is the most powerful thing I’ve ever experienced.”

Reflections from Women Who’ve Walked This Path
You already know something needs to change.
You come home and your husband and child are trying to talk to you and you can’t hear what they're saying. There, but not really there.
You get a promotion on LinkedIn. Two hundred people congratulate you. You feel nothing.
You have a certain lifestyle you tell yourself you need to maintain, a certain amount of money it requires, and you are terrified that wanting something different will cost you the stability you have spent your whole career building.
You sit on that fear like it is the most responsible thing you can do.
This isn’t just about the next role or title.
This is about becoming the woman you know you’re meant to be.
The TransformationThere is something intoxicating about a woman who knows her own creative force.
A sovereignty to her. A stillness where urgency used to live. She is not rushing toward anything anymore because she is no longer running from herself. She sits in the centre of her life and she can hold whatever comes, because she knows who she is, what is for her, and what is not. She can hear her intuition. She trusts it. That self-trust changes everything it touches.
She stops drinking, or she stops spending, or she stops saying yes to things that cost her more than they give. Not as discipline. Because she no longer needs to manage the gap. The gap is closed. She starts moving her body in ways that feel like power instead of punishment. She makes the decision she has been putting off for two years. She has the conversation she has been avoiding. She applies for the thing. She starts the thing. She leaves the thing. Whatever the thing is, she finally knows it is hers to do and she does it without waiting for permission from anyone, including herself.
Her marriage shifts in ways she didn't engineer. Her kids get a version of her at the end of the day that she is proud of. She sees the LinkedIn notifications, reads the congratulations, and feels nothing — not bitterness, not loss, just the clear settled knowing of: that was never the thing.
She thinks about her future self, the woman she met in a guided visualization she wasn't sure she believed in, the one that made her cry when she finally showed up, every single day.
She says: I will never see myself the same way. I will never see the world the same way.
That is not a transformation. That is a woman who came home to herself. And everything she came home to shifted with her.
What Clients Are Discovering
“It’s like I was on a path I never chose — just running toward some invisible finish line. This work helped me pause, question, and realize: I get to choose now.”
“It’s like taking a time out to pause and go deep within yourself to find answers that have always existed but have been blocked.”
“I used to be defined by my title, my education, my role. Now I know who I am without all of that — and I’ve never felt more free.”
“This work gave me a kind of clarity I didn’t know I needed — a deeper understanding of who I am, how I lead, and what I want from this next chapter.”

The Pathway of Sovereign Success™Over eight intentional weeks, you’ll get honest about what you want now, rebuild trust in your own knowing, and create a version of success that can hold your ambition, motherhood, marriage, health and desire.
This is the journey we’ll take together.
1. Arrival and Intention
Before we move forward, we pause.
You’ll ground into presence, set your intentions, and name what’s here: the excitement, the resistance, the longing for more.
You’ll create the internal space for transformation to unfold, feeling rooted, clear, and open to what’s next.
You’ll feel anchored, hopeful, and ready.
2. An Honest Look
We begin with truth.
How does your life actually feel right now? What’s no longer working and what’s calling you forward?
You’ll name the pain, clarify your desires, and set powerful, heart-aligned goals for your journey.
You’ll feel relief and clarity as you finally see what’s real.
3. Creating Space for Change
Transformation cannot happen in survival mode.
You’ll learn to work with your nervous system, understanding your patterns, calming reactivity, and building safety in your body. You’ll create personalized rituals that support nervous system regulation and resilience.
As regulation returns, so does clarity.
You’ll feel your body exhale, your mind soften, and decisions become easier.
4. Your Values Compass
We reconnect to what truly matters.
You’ll uncover your core values: the feelings and principles that guide every decision when you’re living in integrity.
This is where external measures fall away and success becomes something you get to define.
You’ll feel clear on what’s most important and confident saying no to what’s not.
5. Authentic Self
Who were you before the world told you who to be?
Through Human Design, you’ll explore your energy type, strategy, authority, and profile, not as rules, but as an invitation back to your truth.
You’ll stop trying to fit into someone else’s blueprint and start leading from your own.
You’ll feel seen, validated, and free to live in alignment with your authentic design.
6. Desire Reclamation
We remember the power of desire.
You’ll explore what you truly want beneath the guilt, conditioning, and “shoulds.”
This is where wanting more becomes sacred and desire becomes your compass toward more aliveness, freedom, and joy.
You’ll feel permission to want more without guilt, and excitement to follow what lights you up.
7. Vision & Future Self
Meet the woman you’re becoming.
You’ll connect with your Future Self: the version of you already living in alignment. Through guided visualization and reflection, you’ll see her world, her energy, her way of being, and begin to embody her now.
You’ll feel inspired, confident, and deeply connected to what’s next.
8. Commitment
We bring it all home.
You’ll pause, reflect, and recognize how far you’ve come. You’ll name what you’re carrying forward and claim the commitments that will sustain your alignment.
This is where your newfound awareness allows you to step fully into your next season with clarity, confidence, and calm authority.
You’ll feel grounded, and powerful. Ready to lead your next chapter.
This is where the masks drop.Where you remember you were never meant to choose between meaningful work and being fully alive inside your family.
Your evolution was always meant to hold both.Your Investment

Reflections from Women Who’ve Walked This Path
the promiseIn a culture that keeps insisting the answer is a better morning routine…
I bring a decade of biomedical research into the room alongside somatic embodiment, breathwork, and Human Design, for analytically-minded, high-achieving mothers who have hit the wall of the life they were told to want and need someone who has lived the full distance of that reckoning to show them the way through.
Every mentor I’ve invested in before I built this work was missing something. The first didn't have kids. The second started her business before she became a mother. Neither of them understood what it actually costs to walk away from a ten-year career when you have small children, a long marriage, and a nervous system that has been running in fight-freeze for years. They were empathetic, but they hadn't lived it.
The specific weight of that gap is the space only I can hold.
The women I serve are women like me: highly educated, deep in their heads, probably skeptical of anything that sounds too woo, and starving for someone to ask them the question they were never taught to answer. When I guide someone through close your eyes, take a breath, where do you feel it in your body, and they look up with that expression of what is this and why has nobody ever asked me this before, I am the exact right person for that moment. Because I was that person.
I know what it’s like to have been entirely in your head for a decade.
To have treated your body like a vehicle for getting things done, and to have someone ask one question that cracks the whole thing open. I know what it is to sit with your Human Design for the first time and feel, underneath the relief, a grief for every year you spent trying to be someone your design never intended.
I know what it is to stop apologizing for how you're wired and feel, maybe for the first time, like the way you move through the world isn't a problem to fix. It's a power to use.
This is what I give people. Not a framework. Not a strategy. The experience of finally being handed themselves back.

While The Vision was created with mothers in mind, and a lot of the language speaks to the lived experience of motherhood, the deeper work is universal.
If you know the ache of having “done everything right,” yet still feeling unfulfilled…
If you’re craving clarity, alignment, and a renewed sense of purpose for your next chapter…This journey will support you.
Motherhood may be the lens, but the transformation is for every woman ready to reclaim herself.
-
Many women who join The Vision also work with a therapist and often find the two experiences complement each other beautifully.
Therapy is often past-focused: helping you heal, integrate, and make sense of what has already happened.
The Vision is future-focused: guiding you to reconnect with who you are now and create a blueprint for what comes next.
Because this work is deep and reflective, it can bring forward patterns, stories, and emotions you’ve been carrying. For some women, having the additional support of a therapist alongside this journey feels grounding. Therapy supports the healing, while The Vision supports the expansion.
You don’t need to be in therapy to benefit from this work.
But if you are, the two can move hand-in-hand, helping you honour your past while you powerfully create your future. -
This isn’t a formula, a funnel, or a one-size-fits-all strategy.
It’s deeply personal, intuitive, and embodied work.We don’t just work on your mindset, we work with your body, your nervous system, your Human Design, and your soul.
Coaching can take many forms: business, performance, accountability, mindset. Most focus on doing more or achieving faster.
The Vision is different.
It’s not about adding more to your plate, it’s about creating space.
Reconnecting with your values, desires, and truth.
Walking away with a blueprint that feels sovereign, spacious, and completely your own. This isn’t change that fades away when life gets busy.
This is transformation that lasts because it’s built around you. -
Each module is designed to take about 90 minutes to 2 hours including the short video and reflective workbook. Many women spread this out across the week, weaving it into their lives as it fits.
This isn’t about rushing through or checking boxes.
It’s about giving yourself the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. The Vision was intentionally designed to support your life, not add more to it.

The investment for this program is $2500 CAD.

This policy honours the energetic commitment you make to yourself when you say yes to this work.
-
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
If you’re feeling the pull, let’s connect.
You won’t leave with a plan.
You’ll leave with a deep inner knowing of who you are, what you’re capable of, and what you’re here to do.
From there the plan writes itself.
You become sovereign. You stop numbing. Your marriage shifts. When your child asks why you have to go to work, you have an answer that is true. You hear your kids when you get home. Not because I fix those things. But because when you know who you are, you stop making choices from panic, guilt, pressure, or “what will people think?” You start making choices from what is actually true for you.
The question of what you want stops being frightening and starts being the most interesting thing about you. The frame you've been cramming yourself into, the one that was never built for you, is no longer the only option you can see.
The return on that investment is invaluable.
about emilyEmily works with high-achieving mothers who have done everything right and can't figure out why none of it feels like enough. Women who are very good at fine and have no idea how long they've been settling for it. Through breathwork, somatic embodiment, and Human Design, she helps them close the gap between the life they inherited and the one they're actually here for.
The work is not choosing between motherhood and ambition. The work is building a life where neither one has to survive on scraps.
